Product Quality Indicators
We guarantee that all performance indicators of ex-factory products meet the design requirements. The first-pass qualification rate of finished products is not less than 98%. We carry out technical upgrades and optimizations on products every year to continuously improve their performance and quality.
After-Sales Service Commitment
We provide customers with comprehensive after-sales service. The product warranty period is three years. During the warranty period, if there is a quality problem with the product, we will provide free repair or replacement. Beyond the warranty period, we will also provide lifelong maintenance services, only charging reasonable costs for spare parts and maintenance man-hours. We conduct regular return visits to customers to understand the product usage and collect their opinions and suggestions, so as to continuously improve product and service quality.
