Our Zigbee triac dimmer is controlled via APP, remote control, and Push switches, working with a Zigbee gateway. The APP offers smart features like scheduling, voice control, and group control for easy remote on/off. It’s compatible with multiple Zigbee protocol devices, enabling centralized control for versatile lighting management.
First, you need a Zigbee 3.0 gateway, which has been added to the corresponding APP, such as the "Tuya Smart" App. Then, power off and on the dimmer continuously for at least 4 times. After that, search for and add the device in the APP to complete the pairing.
It may be that the Zigbee gateway is not working properly. Check if the gateway is powered on, connected to the network, and if the distance between the gateway and the dimmer is too far. It could also be that the gateway has not been correctly added to the APP; you need to re-add the gateway in the APP according to the steps in the gateway manual. Or the dimmer has not entered the correct network configuration state; you can try powering it off and on again.
Yes, as long as these APPs can connect to the same Zigbee gateway and the gateway supports multiple device connections, the dimmer can be controlled on different mobile phone APPs.
The default minimum brightness is 25%. To adjust it, press the "LEVEL" button once. The light will flash rapidly, and the brightness will increase to 30%. Continue pressing the button to cycle through these levels: 35%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, and back to 25%. Once you've selected your desired level, stop pressing the button. Wait for the light to stop flashing to save the setting. The light will then return to its previous brightness.
First, check if the load is too large. If it exceeds the maximum load power of the dimmer, reduce the load. Also, ensure that the installation location of the dimmer is well-ventilated to avoid heat accumulation. If the problem persists, there may be a fault with the dimmer itself, and you need to contact professional personnel for maintenance.
Our Zigbee triac dimmer adheres to the Zigbee 3.0 standard, ensuring seamless integration with a vast array of Zigbee devices and gateways. It works flawlessly with popular Zigbee hubs, allowing for unified control in smart homes. From pairing with Zigbee-enabled sensors to syncing with voice assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant via the gateway, it offers a comprehensive smart lighting solution.
